Another great stay at one of Jake's places! We have stayed at one of Jake's rentals a total of 4 times. 2 different properties in Shady Side and 2 apartments in the same building in Bloomfield. All of the places were spotless and had everything we needed! Jake is always super responsive and flexible with checking in when possible. I would highly recommend staying at any of his rentals.

Needed a a last minute place and this was perfect!! When you walk into the building it smells very new and clean! Apartment was super beautiful and clean!! Loved it no complaints!

Jake was beyond helpful and kind; we had a pipe burst in our apartment building down the road so we rented Jake’s Airbnb for the night. The space was wonderful and Jake was very responsive even when I booked the place at 10 pm. I’d definitely stay here again

Walking into this Airbnb is like taking a breath of fresh air. After a long week we needed a couple days in between moving just to decompress while we finish the floors and this place was perfection immaculately clean, beautifully decorated the beds were comfortable. It was quiet. The host were super responsive. We had a little snafu with the code for the door. He responded within minutes and we were in the apartment. I will definitely be going back.

Jake's apartment was clean, well-appointed, and centrally located (less then a ten-minute walk to Liberty Ave--the main drag of Bloomfield--and a twenty-minute walk to Lawrenceville). Jake was always friendly and prompt in his communications. Highly recommend!

We wish we could've stayed more than one night. Jake was easy to communicate with. His place had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the blackout curtains and how quiet it was at night.

The place was spotless, which is something I really appreciate, and it was quiet in the evenings, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. I also felt safe throughout my stay, which was really important as a solo traveller. Jake was an amazing host. He made last minute accommodations for me with no issues. The place was very clean. The bed was super comfortable too. Jake has little things in the home just for his guests. Cold filtered water and things to make a cup of coffee or tea. It was also nice not to have to clean up anything before we left. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment building is very new and super clean. Jake's apartment is clean, comfortable, and safe. He was very responsive to my messages, getting back to me quickly about questions I asked. Everything was spelled out clearly; how to get in and out, parking, etc. I would definitely recommend anyone considering an Airbnb in Pittsburgh to stay with Jake.

We stayed here for a quick 2 night trip while we had an appointment for my daughter at Children’s Hospital. The place was extremely clean, very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Tons of great places to eat close by. I personally loved that this wasn’t a high fragrance home. My daughter is so sensitive to strong artificial fragrance but this home smelled so clean and fresh without anything overpowering. We will definitely be staying here again for her next appointment visit.

Loved my stay! This space was modern, attractive, and super comfy! Loved the bathroom and shower. The best feature was the bed. I haven’t had a night’s sleep like that in a long time! Parking is easy, safe, and convenient. Jake’s professionalism is of the highest caliber. Communication was always quick. Highly recommend!

Great last minute booking and very responsive host!

I live in the neighborhood and I watched these units being built. I was in the process of selling my home and I needed a place for a few nights as my home was being dismantled. The location is great and the units are clean and modern. The bed, and sofa, were comfortable and it had everything one needed for a comfortable stay. The only things to note are: 1. The shower doesn't have anywhere to put your things. There's not a shelf or ledge for the placement of all those necessary things which is annoying, and 2. The parking is tight and per Jake's communication you need to let him know if you will need a parking space and one will be assigned. This is communicated during the check-in process. The unit is advertised with parking. I just left my car at home in my garage. That said, if you need parking, I would nail down a spot when booking. The units are really nice and it was very comfortable. I do recommend it!

Great nice place to stay

Jake was incredibly accommodating — we booked last minute and everything went smoothly from the start. The place was clean and well-stocked; having a Brita and coffee available was a small but appreciated touch. When someone took our designated parking spot, Jake responded quickly and pointed us to an alternative without any hassle. That kind of responsiveness goes a long way. The dryer took a bit longer than expected and the WiFi was spotty, but we were barely home so neither was a real inconvenience. We'd absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Pittsburgh.

GREAT city spot to get a feel for Pittsburgh! Close to a number of great neighborhoods and a beautiful stroll through Allegheny cemetery. So nice to have off street parking and a sauna to relax in at night. The apartment was very clean which always makes me feel at ease when traveling! Will stay again!
